Location and Price! This one feels like a real home. Big southfacing home (first phase with superior construction) on the golf course with magnificent views. The home has two bedrooms - one being a attached Jr. suite casita with own entrance, a wonderful den/office with double doors, and a great room with dining area. There is a chef's kitchen complete with loads of cabinets, pantry, island and breakfat nook. The master suite looks out to panoramic views, has large bathroom with dual vanities, tub, soaking tub and giant walkin closet. There is a powder room and laundry room. There is a full three car garage with storage and swamp cooler. The back yard has both a covered patio and extended patio, low maintenance landscaping (room for a pool) and those big golf course and desert views. Call to see this one - won't disappoint.

An Overview of Indio

Indio, "the City of Festivals," is the municipal anchor for the Eastern Coachella Valley cities, including Coachella, Mecca, Salton City and Thermal. Indio is located east of Palm Springs, just past the city of La Quinta on the Highway 111 corridor.

One of the oldest cities in the Coachella Valley, Indio began as a railroad town, serving as the mid-way point for the Southern Pacific Railroad`s trek between Yuma, Arizona and Los Angeles. Indio quickly grew into an agricultural center due to its arid climate, year-round sunshine and the ability of local farmers to attain irrigational water through artesian wells and later via the Coachella Valley`s branch of the All-American Canal.
