Allison Renz, REALTOR® and Partner of Diane Williams & Associates, began her professional career with Weyerhaeuser Company, working her way up to become senior corporate paralegal in Federal Way, Washington. Her tenure with Weyerhaeuser lasted over 25 years, and for the last 8 of those years she worked in Weyerhaeuser’s residential home building division known as Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company. There Allison oversaw the 5 home building divisions’ corporate books and records, policies and procedures, and litigation management support. During her time at Weyerhaeuser, Allison also worked as a licensed surety agent managing the Company’s $1B in surety bond liability and held powers of attorney with all major surety carriers to write Weyerhaeuser's surety bonds in-house. Allison ended her career with Weyerhaeuser as she provided experienced paralegal support in the $2.8B merger of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company with TRI Pointe Homes, headquartered in Irvine, California, making the combined company the 10th largest homebuilder in the nation at the time. Allison provided invaluable knowledge, history, and expertise in helping TRI Pointe establish its new legal department consisting of 3 attorneys and 2 paralegals before joining Diane Williams & Associates. Allison relocated to the desert to join Diane Williams’s team and to bring her expertise and passion for the desert lifestyle to her clients here in the desert. Allison and her husband, Steve, have two children, Jordan, who lives in Twin Falls, Idaho, and Megan, who lives in the Seattle, Washington, area.
