Graduating in 2017 from the Real Estate Marketing program at the University of British Columbia, and moving back to the Desert from Vancouver, Canada she and her husband, Trent, were invited to join the Omni Group. Graison says, “Real estate has always been a passion for me and helping clients make the biggest investment of their life, find their dream home and secure their financial future is the best feeling in the world! In unpredictable times and regardless of world events and financial market bulls and bears, it's important to remember that everyone has to live somewhere. The current crisis has proven our homes have never been more important and now we really get to demonstrate the essential role we play in the nation's housing economy. Our clients benefit from Omni’s business and personal connections across the Desert communities and satisfied clients refer us new business so that speaks volumes. The Desert is no longer a second home market. We have definitely seen a shift and we have clients who have relocated from other major US cities who want to live in this beautiful paradise and either telecommute or have a full-time job that brought them here. In this very competitive market, it’s our unique, target marketing, negotiation skills, excellent service and "outside the box" thinking that sets us apart. We understand buying or selling property is a constant multitude of emotional and financial stressors and our job is to mitigate events, ease stress levels and have a successful and happy closing for our clients.” This Canadian girl hails from Alberta, Canada. Prior to real estate, she had a successful television news career in both Vancouver, Canada and Palm Springs. Fusing her passion for real estate and television she co-hosted the weekly CBS2 television series, "Desert Homebuilders"; executive produced and hosted over 400 marketing infomercials and has appeared in many commercials, television series, and films. Graison and Trent love the Desert and besides working 24/7, giving back to the community that has given them so much is key including where they initially met in 2009. Some of their favorite causes include SafeHouse of the Desert, the American Cancer Society and Project Angel Food in Los Angeles.
