Meet Suzee – a second generation real estate curator, top producing corporate executive, retail enterprise investor, entrepreneur and mentor to many! She is known for her contagious enthusiasm, creativity and strategic approach to leading numerous business expansions - including her own. Her love affair with real estate started at a young age helping her father sell high-end coastal properties and equestrian estates from Newport Beach to San Clemente, CA. In 2007, while living in the captivating resort town of Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, Suzee and her husband Fred expanded their real estate portfolio, joining a boutique luxury brokerage and distinct member of Leading Real Estate Companies of The World. Suzee later became a nationally recognized, award winning Director of Real Estate Development for a Fortune 40 Home Improvement company. During this time, Suzee and her executive team were relocated around the country helping homeowners and business owners with over 99,000 real estate investment projects. This rewarding experience inspired Suzee to add a certification in Corporate Relocations for Buyers and Sellers to her resume. Today, Suzee and her husband Fred are tag teaming again from their desert oasis working with BD Homes in Indian Wells. Fred grew up in Sea Cliff, San Francisco. In 1997, Fred became a real estate investor and active partner in Suzee’s growing retail enterprise with premier leaseholds throughout Northern CA, including a corporate showroom at Union Square.
